Net Spire Core Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2021 in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with a clear objective: to provide a serious, structured educational environment for independent market analysts and discretionary traders seeking systematic multi-timeframe chart proficiency.
Founded by seasoned technical analyst Vladislav Budarin, the studio was born out of frustration with superficial retail charting tutorials that promote indicator reliance without teaching the underlying mechanics of institutional market structure and fractal liquidity. What began as an intimate weekly chart study group in the historic Wua Lai district has grown into an internationally respected technical analysis training studio.
