1. Policy Overview
At Net Spire Core Co., Ltd., we maintain strict limits on cohort sizes (capped at 10 participants for live online cohorts and 6 participants for Chiang Mai studio immersions) to ensure rigorous, individualized instruction. Because reserving a seat prevents others from enrolling, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all registrations.
2. Live Cohorts & Weekend Masterclasses
A. Cancellation More Than 14 Days Prior to Start Date
If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled first session, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party banking transaction fees (typically 2-3%).
B. Cancellation Between 7 and 14 Days Prior to Start Date
If cancellation is requested between 7 and 14 calendar days prior to the start date, you may choose between:
- A 50% partial refund of the total tuition fee.
- A 100% tuition credit transfer toward any future cohort or workshop within 12 calendar months.
C. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior or After Program Commencement
Due to seat allocation constraints and instructor preparation commitments, cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date, or after the program has commenced, are non-refundable. However, participants experiencing documented medical emergencies may request a one-time seat transfer to a subsequent cohort at no additional charge.
3. Private 1-on-1 Chart Clinics & Mentoring
- Rescheduling Notice: You may reschedule a scheduled 1-on-1 coaching session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours prior written notice.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be deducted from your mentoring block without credit.
- Unused Session Blocks: Pre-purchased 4-session or 8-session mentoring packages remain valid for 180 days from the purchase date. Unused sessions are non-refundable after 180 days.
4. Chiang Mai Studio Weekend Immersions
Studio immersions involve pre-allocated hardware workstations, physical course binders, and catering reservations. Cancellations for studio immersions must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made between 10 and 21 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 10 days are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Proprietary Multi-Timeframe Checklists and downloadable guidebooks once digital delivery has occurred.
- Completed 1-on-1 diagnostic consultations and custom journal audits.
- Travel, hotel, or incidental accommodation expenses incurred for Chiang Mai studio attendance.
6. Refund Request Process & Processing Times
To submit a formal refund or rescheduling request, please email our administrative team at info@net-spirecore.click with your full name, application reference, and reason for cancellation.
All approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (bank transfer or original payment processor).
