2. Educational Scope & Methodology
Net Spire Core Co., Ltd. provides instructional education, methodologies, and analytical frameworks regarding multi-timeframe technical market analysis, chart pattern mechanics, and risk management disciplines.
All course content, exercises, chart dissections, and instructor commentaries are delivered strictly for educational, illustrative, and training purposes. We train students on how to conduct independent chart evaluations. Decisions to execute orders in any financial market remain solely at the discretion and responsibility of the participant.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All training curriculum, proprietary Multi-Timeframe Checklists, slide presentations, chart diagrams, trade log templates, written articles, and video recordings provided by Net Spire Core Co., Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for their own private educational use. You agree not to reproduce, record, distribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any course materials without prior written consent from Net Spire Core Co., Ltd.
4. Enrollment, Scheduling & Conduct
To preserve high educational quality, cohort workshops and studio sessions are strictly capped. Enrollment is confirmed only upon formal acceptance of the student application and receipt of the agreed tuition payment.
Participants agree to maintain professional, respectful decorum during live chart sessions, cohort labs, and community discussion boards. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Net Spire Core Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in training programs or reliance upon technical analysis concepts taught during our sessions.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
